The only thing I've ever used quinoa for up to now is as a hot cereal in the morning (with a little honey and fresh berries and cinnamon)<br />Another tasty one dish recipe for summer is to make coucous, cool it, and then add some cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and maybe just a bit of your favorite salad dressing as well as salt and pepper. So cool and refreshing! Or you can forgo the meat and just have veggies - it's kind of an add what you want sort of recipe.
